Hey, I’m Fiona! Allow me to introduce myself…
I’m naturally analytical, a bit of a perfectionist (OK, quite a big one!) and I love a good problem to solve. I’ve never been someone who likes to accept that there’s only one way of looking at things. I enjoy investigating things, making connections and thinking outside the box, particularly when the obvious answers don’t seem to be working.
I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2000, and while my clinical background has given me a strong foundation in understanding the physical body, I’ve always believed there’s much more to us than that. Spirituality has long been an important part of my life, and I’m fascinated by the connections between our physical health, our thoughts, emotions and the less tangible aspects of our existence. That curiosity has led me to explore a wonderfully diverse range of therapies and complementary approaches to well-being, and I love being able to draw on different perspectives when working with people, especially those who haven’t found the answers they’re looking for. I’m always learning, always questioning and always exploring new possibilities, with the simple aim of helping people enjoy healthier, happier lives – just as I’ve always wanted for myself and my own family.

In 2018, I travelled to Denmark to learn AcuNova – a modern system of acupuncture – from it’s founder, John Boel Snr. AcuNova has been amazingly successful in the treatment of eye diseases (such as glaucoma and macular degeneration) and is also very effective for pain.
