Chest: Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.
Width is measured from the seam under the sleeve, across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve. I recommend measuring one of your T-shirts at home and comparing the measurements with those in this size guide.
